Nancy Packes and her team have been consulting with residential developers on the design, marketing and leasing of new developments and adaptive reuse of buildings since 1998. The list of current and recent projects amply demonstrates the breadth of the team’s experience and the confidence of major developers who have done many projects with them.
In addition to experience, the team’s expertise derives, in part, from its proprietary Pipeline and Transactions Databases that it licenses to many of the real estate industry’s largest, banks, developers and investors. The Databases are the most comprehensive and accurate source of information on the residential market in all five New York City borough for both the Pipeline of what is planned and under development and for rental and sale transactions. The creativity of the team is evident in their work as is the insight of Ms. Packes who is frequently quoted by prominent news outlets for her views on the market. Ms. Packes holds a JD degree from NYU and practiced trial law for seven years before starting her career in real estate when she founded Feathered Nest, a brokerage company, that she sold to Terra Holdings in 1998 when she founded NPI.
